🕒 When We Meet: Thursdays beginning September 3 at 3:00 PM EST
Finding Food Freedom is a guided, high-support program designed to help you understand and manage cravings, emotional eating, food addiction, and compulsive eating patterns. Through education, accountability, and practical tools, you'll learn how to reshape the thoughts, habits, and triggers that influence your relationship with food, particularly sugar and refined carbohydrates.
This group combines the science of food addiction and metabolic health with the structure and support needed to create lasting change. By integrating intuitive eating principles with the tenets of low carb living, you'll learn to reconnect with your body's natural hunger and fullness cues while reducing the foods that drive cravings and loss of control. The goal is not restriction, but freedom. Freedom from constant food thoughts, emotional eating, and the exhausting cycle of cravings, overeating, and guilt.
Participants will receive and use a free Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) to gain real-time insight into how food choices, stress, sleep, and daily habits affect blood sugar and overall health. This personalized feedback helps identify patterns, reinforce positive changes, and support more confident, informed decisions.
Whether you're struggling with food addiction, emotional eating, or simply want a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, Finding Food Freedom provides the education, accountability, and community to help you get there.
